Returned products shall need to be packaged consistent from which that it came and be insured in order to qualify for a refund. Items returned are not to be used and in "new re-sale condition". All returns are subject to each mfg's policy and we will make every attempt to statisfy your needs. All restock fees, call tags, or charges are enforced per the policies of each mfg we represent. Credit cards are charged before orders are shipped. Items ordered same day are not always shipped the same day. Shipping charges are included on all orders. In the event of ANY returns, RMA's, or refund of said merchandise, the shipping charges are automatically deducted from the credit refund. We can't reimburse our shipping costs which are incurred. All returned items must be pre-authorized with an issued RMA number.
