1) How do I know the S&H fees?
A: We use the USPS caculator.  All fees are bases on weight and location.  You will see these fees just before you finalize your order in the checkout.

2) What do you mean you play grade the records?
A: We do play grade (listen to) all used vinyl from beginning to end.  This is a long slow process but we feel it is the BEST way to grade vinyl.  We have graded all used vinyl this way for over 25 years.  

3) In some descriptions there are 2 grades.
A: When you see 2 grades the first grade is the vinyl or cd and the second grade is the cover. 

4) I have records I'd love to play but I need a new needle?
A: We stock several common needles and also can order thousands of others.  Just contact us and we'll let you know the details.
